Design

Performance

A 3.5-liter V6 engine with 287 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque powers all models of ​this lineup. It’s matched with an 8-speed automatic transmission featuring an Eco-Drive Mode.

The Carnival is front-wheel drive and has an estimated fuel efficiency of 18 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on highways. Remote Start, Smart Key, Push Button Start, Hill Start Assist, and Downhill Brake Control are all standard. You can even use the Kia Access app to pre-heat or pre-cool your Carnival before entering it.

Technology

A six-speaker audio system with SiriusXM is standard in the 2024 Carnival base model. The infotainment system sports a ​12.3-inch touchscreen display with voice recognition, navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity for multiple devices, and a WiFi hotspot. A USB data ​port is in the front console and each row has two USB-C charging ports.

Kia has a smart connectivity system that can integrate with your phone, smart speaker, or compatible iOS and Android smartwatches using an embedded modem. The app can automatically call 911 if an airbag is employed, give you maintenance reminders, and more.
