James Burnett was an friendly, helpful salesman who helped us through the stressful car buying experience. He explained each step and kept us updated as we waited for the business manager. He was more than willing to discuss expectations and went above and beyond to meet our budgeting needs, which he did. We had a bad experience in the past with another dealership so James was a refreshing experience and helped changed our thinking on how the car buying process goes. He was no pressure, and didn't ask about finalizing a deal until he was where we needed to be on numbers. We highly recommend seeing James if you are in need of a vehicle.

I just want to take a minute to let you know what a wonderful experience my wife and I had this week purchasing vehicles from your Chrysler dealership in Oconomowoc. It seems that when it comes time to purchase vehicles, that most times it is a painful, negative experience. Well, it was quite the opposite this week at your dealership! Everyone at the store was kind, friendly and caring. I want to let you know that Jeff Griffin, your salesman, is a really good guy. He listened and helped us make decisions (We bought a new Grand Caravan and a used Buick Century from him.) I never felt pressured or anything like that from him. What a nice guy! Amanda Drott (business manager) was very personable and friendly and was very competent in her position. Finally, we had an issue with the VIN on our trade in Mustang and Anthony Danninger showed great concern about our predicament and was extremely helpful with our getting it resolved. All in all, I want to let you know that your people in Oconomowoc are doing it right. I felt like they cared about me and my wife and their attitude and professionalism were greatly appreciated. You can be assured that we will tell our friends about your dealership and be recommending it highly. Please convey our gratitude to these good people!

I contacted Ewald Chevy in Oconomowoc about a Corvette, and Ewald Ford in Cudahy about a Jaguar. Tom Wozniak had the Corvette moved to Cudahy so we could see both cars at one time since we live 90 miles away. Tom gave me his personal cell # and we communicated and negotiated even on his day off. Tom was able to accommodate one specific requirement I had in addition to the price which we had already agreed upon, but price alone was not enough to seal the deal. Tom came through. I also heard regularly (this was over a week's period), from the sales manager, Shawn. There was Zero pressure to buy and I found the place to be a very friendly home type of place to shop for a car. Since we were from out of state, they were also able to recommend good local restaurants. They are situated on the edge of Mitchell International Airport and if you need to fly in, they will make arrangements to meet you at the airport. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the overall feel of the showroom and the staff. We have been to about ten car dealers lately and know which ones "feel right" and which ones make you want to leave immediately. The only thing that made us want to hurry to get out of there was the rain and the 90 mile drive back home.
