Sales and Marketing Associates are directly responsible for marketing and selling vehicles to customers. Your job is to provide customers with product knowledge and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Present and sell vehicles by utilizing the Ewald Sales Process
  2. Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure the customer understands everything they need to know about features, warranty and paperwork.
  3. Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
  4. Prospecting on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, social network and person to person.
  5. Maintain our owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and builds customer satisfaction.
  6. Understand complete inventory of vehicles on a daily basis.
  7. Introduce customers to the Service Department emphasizing to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations
  8. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled.


Required Experience:

  1. Prior sales, retail or customer service experience.
  2. Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  3. Computer literacy.
  4. Professional appearance.
  5. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

This position would be responsible for prospecting, closing, developing and managing new customer relationships. An aggressive growth plan would be accomplished through self marketing efforts and professional sales skills. Responsibilities would include qualifying new prospective clients, applying consultative sales strategies, presenting fleet solutions and programs to mid and high level decision makers, and leading them to a buying decision.
